Personal: Ava is the daughter of Margaret and Rodger Brown and has a brother, Mason. She is family-oriented and is extremely close with her grandma, Genny, and her Aunt, Peggy. Outside of softball, she enjoys hanging out with family, and friends, and watching rom-com movies. Ava chose Idaho State because “of the family-like environment. The coaches and support staff are great people and have a vision for the future of ISU softball. [She] knew [she] wanted to be a part of it. Idaho State campus is also extremely pretty and the view of the mountains every day never gets old.”
