Idaho State (2025): Played a pivotal role in leading the Bengals to the 2025 Big Sky Conference Regular Season Championship... appeared in 23 games making 11 starts... finished with a 7-4 record, three saves, and a 3.29 ERA in 76.2 innings pitched... struck out 45 batters while allowing 94 hits... issued 15 walks and hit four batters... recorded her first collegiate win with 2.1 innings of relief against Utah State (02/23/25)... earned her first collegiate save against Utah Valley, pitching two scoreless innings with four strikeouts (02/07/25)... threw a complete-game victory with seven innings against Texas Tech, allowing just one earned run with three strikeouts (02/28/25)... delivered a seven-inning complete game at Pacific, allowing just four hits with three strikeouts (03/15/25)... pitched a shutout with seven innings at Sacramento State, allowing three hits with four strikeouts (03/28/25)... matched her season high with seven innings pitched five times... struck out a season-high five batters twice, against Washington and at Sacramento State... faced 34 batters against Northern Colorado (04/04/25)... named First Team All-Big Sky Conference... demonstrated exceptional consistency and durability as one of the staff's top starters throughout the championship season.

Personal: Lizzy is the daughter of Rena and Kevin Tommasini and has three siblings, Derek, Brett, and Grace. She likes being involved in her community and enjoys helping out where she can. Her past work includes helping stack chairs at her church, yard maintenance for neighbors, working the Sutherlin Blackberry Festival, and has also helped with the Black and Orange Golf Scramble. Lizzy chose Idaho State because it “felt like home. There is a good atmosphere around campus and within [the] team.”
