Biography

Idaho State (2024): Started in all 52 games for the Bengals… had a total of 172 at-bats… tallied 57 hits with 18 of those for extra bases- 11 doubles, one triple and six home runs… ended the season with a .331 batting average and a .512 slugging percentage… finished with an on-base percentage of .380… collected 11 walks, 30 RBI and scored 35 runs… recorded a .958 fielding percentage… batted .500 day one of the CBU Tournament (03/01/24)... in two games against Northern Colorado she batted .444 at the plate with two doubles and a triple while collecting six RBI (04/21/24)... selected as a NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete… named to the Big Sky All-Conference Second Team… named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

Idaho State (2023): Played in 48 games mostly in right field… had a total of 152 at-bats for the Bengals… tallied 50 hits with 17 of those for extra bases- eight doubles, two triples, and seven home runs… finished the season with a batting average of.329, and a slugging percentage of .546… collected 25 RBI and scored 30 runs…recorded a .953 fielding percentage… first collegiate hit came against McNeese (02/10/23)... first collegiate home run came against Texas Southern (02/11/23)... named Big Sky Player of the Week; with a batting average of .533, collecting eight hits, including two home runs, and tallied five RBI (02/13/23)... named to the Big Sky All-Conference Second Team… named to the Big Sky Spring All-Academic Team.

South Torrance High School: Four-year varsity starter, won three consecutive league championships on teams that were nationally ranked, had a career batting average over .400, two-time All Pioneer League selection,  2022 All-Area Daily Breeze (hitting .407 with seven home runs)

Travel Ball: BSC Bengals – Briggs; was ranked the 90th best player in the 2022 class by Extra Innings Sports

Personal: Alyssa is the daughter of Stephanie Yee and has a brother, Jayson. She chose Idaho State because she [wanted to experience all 4 seasons somewhere but [she also] fell in love with the community and the coaching staff.”
