POCATELLO, Idaho - Idaho State kicker
Trajan Sinatra has been named the Big Sky Conference Special Teams Player of the Week for his performance at New Mexico on Saturday afternoon.
Sinatra went a perfect 3-for-3 on field goals in Idaho State's game at New Mexico, highlighted by a 56-yard make in the third quarter.
The kick ties for the third-longest in Bengal history, matches the University Stadium record in Albuquerque, and is the 10th field goal of 55 yards or longer in program history.
It also marks the second consecutive season Idaho State has converted from 55 yards or more.
Sinatra added field goals of 27 and 33 yards, plus an extra point, to finish with 10 points.
