POCATELLO, Idaho – Idaho State women's soccer hits the road for an in-state matchup on Sunday, Aug. 30, as the Bengals travel to Boise to take on Boise State at 1 p.m.
The Bengals enter Sunday's contest at 1-1-2 following a 3-3 draw against UNLV on Thursday night at Davis Field. Lacie Poll, Gracie East and Saydree Cooke each found the back of the net. East and Cooke both finished with a goal and an assist, while Poll scored her team-leading second goal of the season.
Idaho State has continued to generate opportunities at a high rate through its first four matches, outshooting opponents 87-46. The Bengals are averaging 21.75 shots per match, ninth-most in the NCAA, while also ranking tied for 72nd nationally in shots on goal per game and tied for 36th in corner kicks per game.
Sunday will also feature a family connection between the two programs, with Idaho State's Saydree Cooke and Devree Bell making the trip to Boise to face their sister, Tambree Bell, who is a Junior on Boise State .
The Broncos enter the matchup 2-1-1, with victories over CSUN and Weber State, a scoreless draw at SMU and a loss at Texas Tech.

ISU's last road victory in the series came in 2006, when the Bengals earned a 1-0 win in Boise.

- #1 Saydree Cooke – Cooke enters Sunday with one goal, one assist and three points this season while tying for the Big Sky lead with 14 shots. In the Idaho State career record book, Cooke ranks seventh in assists per game (.22) and eighth in points per game (.61) while sitting tied for 14th in goals per game (.195). She is also one assist shy of tying Shannon Blaker and Jennifer Loo for 11th in career assists and is tied with Stacey Peterson and Jennifer Loo for 12th in career shots with 105.
- #16 Lacie Poll – Poll leads Idaho State with two goals and four points through four matches. She is tied for third in the Big Sky in goals and tied for fourth in both goals per game and points.
- #25 Gracie East – East is coming off a goal and an assist against UNLV and enters Sunday with three points. She has put four of her five shots on goal and is tied for eighth in the Big Sky in points and points per game.
- #21 Stephanie Roper – Roper has recorded one goal and one assist for three points and joins Cooke atop the Big Sky with 14 total shots. The pair are also tied for second in the conference with 3.5 shots per match.
- #19 Samantha Fenske – Fenske leads Idaho State with two assists, tying her for second in the Big Sky, and ranks third in the conference with 0.50 assists per match. Her 12 shots rank fifth in the Big Sky.
- #26 Aliya Garrett – Garrett has started three matches in goal, recording 12 saves, a .750 save percentage and a 1.33 goals-against average. The fifth-year goalkeeper also owns Idaho State's lone shutout of the season.

Boise State enters Sunday at 2-1-1 through its opening four matches. The Broncos began the year with a 3-0 home victory over CSUN before earning a 4-1 road win over Big Sky opponent Weber State. Boise State followed with a scoreless draw at SMU before suffering its first loss of the season, 2-0, at Texas Tech.
