Biography

Idaho State: (2011) Missed the season due to injury.

2010 Played in ten games for the Bengals … started the season as a cornerback/nickelback/safety on defense, but switched to offense halfway through the year to play runningback … finished the season with three tackles … on offense Pleasant compiled 112 yards rushing on 35 carries, averaging 3.2 yards a carry … had a career-high 37 yards rushing on nine carries versus Montana, averaging over four yards per carry … had a very good game against Georgia, rushing five times for 29 yards, nearly six yards per carry.

2009: Started four games on the season, all as a nickelback, and he played in all 11 ... his 57 tackles led all ISU freshmen ... did a nice job filling out the stat sheet with 1.5 tackles for loss, a sack, two interceptions, three pass breakups, and a forced fumble ... had a career-high 10 tackles three times during the season, including his first career game at Arizona State ... also had 10 against Central Washington and Northern Arizona ... recorded his first career interception with a pick at Oklahoma, returning it eight yards ... also had a pass breakup against the Sooners ... also recorded an interception against Central Washington ...recorded a sack against Weber State ... had quarterback hurries in back-to-back games against Sacramento State and Northern Colorado ... forced a fumble against Northern Arizona as well ... recorded six tackles versus Eastern Washington and five against Weber State.

2008: Redshirted.

High School: Lettered in football for three years at Desert High School ... also was a four-year letterman in basketball and he has lettered twice in track ... was named Desert's MVP as a senior ... also earned All-League, All-Valley, and All-CIF honors as a senior , and was All-League as a junior ... was his conference's Defensive Most Valuable Player ... also rushed for 1,321 yards with 14 touchdowns for the Scorpions during his senior year ... added two other touchdowns, one receiving, and one on a kickoff return ... helped the Scorpions to a pair of state playoff appearances ... in basketball, he averaged 17 points as a sophomore in earning team MVP and All-League honors ... averaged 13 points as a junior in again earning All-League honors ... in track he was team MVP as a junior, scoring marks of 43-3 in the triple jump, 21-10 in the long jump, and 22.8 in the 200m.
