ISU (2018-19)
Outdoor: Opened the season at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, in the 10,000m ran a personal best time of 36:22.02 to finish in 24th place... Won the 5,000m at the Aggie Invitational with a time of 17:58.38... During the Montana State Open, finished third in the 1,500m with a personal best time of 4:47.03... At the BYU Robison Invitational, won the 5,000m with a time of 17:50.92... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships. In the 10,000m, finished 8th with a time of 37:14.22.

Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Bengals...At the 2019 Stacy Dragila Open finished 3rd in the mile recording a personal best of 5:09.11. Finished 4th in the MSU Dual Invite #1 in the 3000.... At the Jackson's Invite finished second in the 3,000m with a time of 10:12.95... Ran a personal best time of 10:10.99 in the 3,000m at the MSU Dual Invite No.2...Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.
Idaho State
(2017-18):

Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets... Opened the season at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival running a personal best 36:36.22 in the 10000 and finishing 15th out of 60 entrants... At the Mark Faldmo Invitational recorded a personal best in the 1500 with a time of 4:50.60 ... Podium finished 2nd at the Beach Invitational with a personal best 17:33.55 in the 5000... Represented Idaho State University at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 5000 and 10000

(2016-17):

Outdoor: Ran a career-high six meets for ISU...won the first title of her career with a 38:56.92 finish in the 10K at the UNLV Invitational...placed fourth in the 5K (19:02.88) at the 2017 UVU Collegiate Invitational...ran her first 1,500m at the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic and finished with 4:57.49 on the clock...finished second in the 5K with a personal-record time of 18:02.20 and seventh in the 1,500m (4:58.18) at the Utah State Mark Faldmo Invitational...placed fifth in the 5K (18:11.24) of the 2017 BYU Robison Invitational...represented ISU at the 2017 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships and finished 18th with a personal-record time of 37:59.06 in the 10K in addition to placing 26th in the 5K (18:10.41).

Indoor: Ran four meets for the Bengals...opened the season with a personal-record finish in the mile (5:33.31) at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet...finished sixth with a personal best in the mile (5:25.73) and ran her first sub-11 minute 3K (10:45.62) at the Snake River Open...claimed eighth in the mile (5:26.86) at the MSU, ISU, WSU Dual Meet...completed her first 5K in 19:10.71 at the Mountain State Games.  

Transferred to Idaho State University from the University of Wyoming for the 2015-16 season.

Idaho State (2015-16):

Indoor: Ran four meets in her first season with ISU...placed eighth in the mile (5:36.10) and ninth in the 3K (11:31.42) at the Snake River Open...set a personal record in the 3K (11:10.54) at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet...claimed fifth in the mile with a personal record time of 5:33.66 at the Weber State Indoor Invitational...completed her first 800m in 2:30.18 for a fourth-place finish at the Mountain State Games. 

University of Wyoming (2014-15): Competed in cross country and track.

Natrona County High: Competed in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track...lettered all four years in each sport...was an all-state competitor in cross country and track...was the valedictorian and scholar-athlete of the year.
