Outdoor: Opened the season at the Stanford Invitational finishing second with a time of 3:49.53... At the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational finished third in the 1500m with a time of 3:49.07... At the Mt. SAC Relays, set a personal best time of 14:00.37 in the 5,000m. The mark earns the third-fastest time in ISU history... Finished second in the Mile at the BYU Robison Invitational. Finished the race in 4:12.30... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships. Finished 5th in the 1,500m with a time of 3:47.29. Finished seventh in the 5,000m with a time of 15:02.09... Represented ISU at the NCAA West Region Preliminary Round in the 1,500m and 5,000m. In the 1,500, finished 27th with a time of 3:46.11.

Indoor:  Competed in five meets for ISU...at the MSU Dual Meet #1 finished ninth in the 3000m in 9:03.49 and third in the mile with a 4:14.49...ran a personal best in the 3000m at the Mountain State Games with a 8:30.09 first place finish, ran on distance medley relay team finishing second in 10:27.15...ran a 4:13.63 mile at the 2018 Husky Classic...at the Big Sky Championships finished seventh in the mile with a 4:18.55 and second in the distance medley relay in 10:14.77.

Outdoor: Ran in six meets for ISU...opened the season with a personal record 1:54.41, fourth-place finish in the 800m event of the UNLV Invitational...finished third with a 3:49.26 finish in the 1,500m race of the San Francisco State Distance Carnival...set a 5,000m personal record at 15:23.37 and finished second at the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic...qualified for the Mt. SAC Relays and finished third in the 1,500m race with a personal-record time of 3:46.91...earned all-conference honors in the 1,500m race at the 2017 Big Sky Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a second-place finish.

Indoor: Competed in four meets for the Bengals...claimed third in the mile at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet...set a personal record at 8:37.91 in the 3K at the Snake River Open and finished second...won the Mountain State Games title in the mile with a personal-record finish at 4:07.72 and helped the DMR team to a second-place finish...represented ISU in the mile and DMR at the 2017 Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships where he finished fourth and fifth respectively.

Outdoor: Ran four meets for ISU...finished ninth with a personal-record time of 3:53.02 in the 1,500m event of the San Francisco State Distance Carnival...set a new 5,000m personal record with a 15:37.50 finish at the Mt. Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Bengals...finished seventh in the 800m with a personal-record time of 2:03.90 and placed fourth in the mile at the Snake River Open...completed the mile at the MSU, ISU, UM, USU Dual Meet in sixth place...set a personal record in the Weber State Indoor Invitational's 3,000m race with a 9:00.08, fifth-place finish...claimed fifth in the 5,000m event of the Mountain State Games with a personal-record finish at 15:14.16...won the mile at the Boise State Challenge with a personal-record time of 4:12.44...represented ISU in the mile and DMR of the 2016 Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships and helped the DMR team to a fifth-place finish.
