Idaho State (2018-19)
Outdoor: Opened the season at the UVU Collegiate Invitational running a 9:52.25 in the 3000S... At the Pomona Pitzer Invitational set a new personal best in the 3000S finishing fifth with a time of 9:41.94... Finished second in the 3000S at  the Aggie Invitational with a time of 9:50.69... Won the 5,000m at the Montatana State Open with a personal best time of 15:27.99... Represented ISU at the 2019 Big Sky Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 3,000S.

Indoor:  Competed in three meets for the Bengals...Ran a personal best 4:35.29 in the mile at the Stacy Dragila Open... At the MSU Dual Invite #1 ran a personal best 9:13.22 in the 3000m.... Finished sixth at the Jackson's Invite with a personal best time in the 5,000m of 15:41.43. Recorded a new personal best in the 3,000m with a time of 9:05.92.


ISU (2017-2018)

Outdoor: Competed in five outdoor meets for the Bengals in 2018... At the Utah/Weber State Spring Classic posted a personal best time of 15:51.48 in the 5000m where he finished 5th. In the 1500 posted new personal best of 4:17.35 ... At the Mark Faldmo Invitational came in 5th in the 3000S... Representing Idaho State University at the Big Sky Outdoor Track & Field Championships, posted a personal best in the 3000S with a time of 9:56.35

Capistrano Valley High: Competed in cross country and track and field...named MVP of cross country team two times...named Track Distance Athlete of the Year two times...lettered all four years in both sports...Sea View League Champion in 2016...Orange County Second-Team for cross country...Capistrano Valley's best all-around athlete in 2016-17...CCA Distinguished Student Award...graduated in 2017.
