Idaho State (2024): Rowe wrapped up a five-year career for the Bengals in the 2024 season, having played in all 12 of the Bengals games during the sesaon and 49 total games for Idaho State in his career... In 2024, had 66 total tackles,  4th highest on the team, 22 unassisted tackles and 44 tackle assists during the season... Rowe had 5.5 tackles for loss in 2024 for a loss of 22 total yards, one pass breakup and one sack... Against Montana State on 09/28/2024, Rowe had a career-best 11 total tackles... Idaho State (Fall 2021) Appeared in all 11 games and had 35 tackles, two tackles for loss, .5 sack, three pass breakups and one quarterback hurry ... had a season-high seven tackles vs. UC Davis and Idaho ... had six tackles vs. Weber State ... had one tackle for loss vs. UC Davis. 

(Spring 2021) Appeared in four games ... Six tackles total for the season ... Season high of two tackles against Weber State on April 10th. 

High School: earned the High Country All-Academic Award … earned High Country second-team defensive line and honorable mention offensive line honors … first-team Region 5 and 6 on the offensive line and second team on the defensive line … was coached by Mitch Buck … parents are BJ and Camille.
