The meet begins at 12 p.m. for women, 1 p.m. for men

BENGAL OVERVIEW

Idaho State cross country competes at NCAA Regionals hosted by Colorado State University on Friday, Nov. 9 in Fort Collins, Colo. The women's meet starts at 12 p.m. and the men at 1 p.m. Both races are ran on the Collindale Golf Course.

BIG SKY CHAMPIONSHIPS
Senior Chloe Palakovich finished best of her Bengal teammates with 12th overall and a women's 5K time of 17:49.10 at the Big Sky Championships hosted by Northern Arizona. The women as a whole finished fourth overall with 124 points.

“I thought the women did a great job,” said Head Cross Country Coach Brian Janssen. “Across the board, they ran tough and they ran smart. We were almost placed third when we thought fourth was as high as we could go. I'm very pleased with them.”

Weber State won their second-straight Big Sky Women's Cross Country Championship with 29 points. Weber State's Amber Henry also repeated as the individual champion with a time of 16:59.70.

Bryce Jenkins led the Bengals once again with his 20th place finish and time of 26:11.30 in the men's 8K. As a team, the men finished seventh with 184 points.

Northern Arizona won the men's competition for a record sixth-time with a score of 24 points. Northern Arizona's Brian Shrader won the men's competition with a time of 24:55.90.

BENGAL WOMEN IN REVIEW
Kylie Hutchison came in second for Idaho State with a 21st place finish and time of 18:23.20. Audrey Urlacher followed closely in 23rd with a time of 18:28.60. Freshmen Katie Nichols and Sasha Kent also scored for the Bengals finishing 32nd and 39th with times of 18:48.80 and 19:01.10. Callie Kettner, Hayli Worthington and Laura Porras also competed for Idaho State.

BENGAL MEN IN REVIEW
KC Hunsicker was the second Bengal to come in with a 37th place finish and time of 26:56.80. Ray Miller came in third, 42nd overall, with a time of 27:10.70. Nicasio Westlund followed him closely in 43rd placed with a time of 27:20.80. Dallin Webb was also scored for the Idaho State men with a 46th place finish and time of 27:24.30. Blake Davidson, Jacob Campbell and Dylan Rafaey also competed for the Bengals.
