Brandon Boyd garnered honorable mention all-conference honors by the Big Sky Conference. This is the second straight year he has earned honorable mention all-conference. Last season he was also named the top reserve by the Big Sky coaches.
This season Boyd averaged 13.9 points in conference and 14.4 points overall. He has played in all 29 games, starting 26. Boyd has played in all 29 games, starting 26 and has averaged 30.1 minutes a game. Boyd scored in double figures in 14 of the 20 conference games. He had a season-high 24 points at Portland State.
Idaho State opens the Big Sky Conference tournament on Wednesday at 12 p.m. vs. Southern Utah.
