POCATELLO, Idaho- The Idaho State men's tennis team was tabbed to finish third in the 2024 Big Sky Men's Tennis Preseason Coaches' Poll Monday morning.
The Bengals are coming off a fifth place 2023 finish. Northern Arizona University was picked to win the Big Sky this season, with Sacramento State picked second, and the Bengals rounding out the top three.
Idaho State opens the season January 18
th on the road in Las Vegas, Nevada vs. UNLV followed by a match in Boise, Idaho with the Boise State Broncos on January 20
th. The Bengals will host their first two home matches of the year on February 3
rd vs Costa Mesa University and Whitman College in Reed Gym.
The Bengals will then be on the road for over a month, their next 10 matches starting on February 8
th at the University of Denver and the road trip will end on March 10
th vs Seattle U in Lewiston, Idaho.
Idaho State will end the season with 4 of their final six matches at home. Hosting Portland State on March 22
nd, Montana State on March 24
th, Weber State on April 13
th, and their season finale on April 19
th vs Eastern Washington.
