Women's Tennis Named to ITA's All-Academic Team, Has 3 Named as Scholar Athletes

TEMPE, Arizona - The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) has announced Idaho State women's tennis team as one of their 2024 Division I Women's ITA All-Academic Teams and three Bengals, Hana Cho, Megan Lang-Gould, and Olivia Mikkelson as ITA Scholar-Athletes.

Academia is an integral aspect of the college tennis experience and adds to the unique student-athlete experience found on college campuses across the nation.

In 2024 ITA named 255 Division I women's tennis programs to their All-Academic Team & 1,573 Division I women's student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete.

To be named an ITA All-Academic Team, programs must have a team grade point average of 3.2 or above, all student-athletes included should be listed on the institutional eligibility form, and all varsity letter winners should be factored into the cumulative team GPA for the current academic year.

To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, one must have a grade point average of at least 3.5.
