Biography

Idaho State (2024-25): Started all 31 games as the Bengals’ primary perimeter shooter and facilitator … scored a career-high 19 points twice, first against BYU (11/16) and again at Northern Arizona (3/3) … registered 11 games in double figures and added consistency with three-point shooting and transition offense.
Averaged 9.4 points, 2.3 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game … shot 39.1% from the field, 37.1% from three, and 80.6% from the line … led the team in free throw percentage and made the most threes on the roster. with 36 made on the season (37.1%)


Idaho State (2022-23): Played in 30 games starting in 17… averaged 22.3 minutes… shot 30% from the floor and 32.7% from three-point range... against Idaho scored a career-high 13 points (01/28/23)... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team. 

Idaho State (2021-22): Redshirt season... named to the Big Sky Winter All-Academic Team. 

Woodcreek High School: During her sophomore year Sophia grabbed 237 points, 73 total rebounds, 57 assists, 74 steals, and three blocks. The year after she added 304 total points, 109 total rebounds, 102 assists, 113 steals and 5 blocks. She was a First Team All-Conference selection after those two seasons. Along with basketball she also excelled on the tennis court. On the tennis court, she was a back-to-back-to-back Doubles Champion. She ended her high school career by receiving Athlete of the Year honors.
