POCATELLO, Idaho- The Pizza Hut Lady Thunderbird Invitational was a tournament of improvement for the Idaho State golf team. After a disappointing round 1, the Bengals improved their team score the final two rounds of play.
The Bengals finished in 15
th place, shooting a 341 in round 1, 314 in round 2 and 312 in round 3 for a score of 967.
Tya Seth led the way for ISU with a 237 (82-77-78).
Ainsley Snyder was the next scorer for ISU with a 240 (85-80-75) and
Lindsey Lloyd finished with a 245. After shooting a 90 in round 1, she shot a 78 in round 2 and 77 in round 3.
Tyler Erickson shot a 245 (84-79-82) and
Jenny Ensign with a 266 (94-86-86).
Idaho State is back in action at the Jackrabbit Invitational March 14-15 in Boulder City, Nevada.
