POCATELLO, Idaho — Coming off a record-setting 2025-26 campaign in which the program
established a new all-time single-season birdies record, the Idaho State women;s golf team has
released its 2026-27 schedule. The Bengals will compete in 10 tournaments spanning the fall
and spring seasons, highlighted by the Big Sky Conference Championships in April.
"I'm really looking forward to this year's tournament slate," remarked Head Coach
Todd Loveland. "It's a great mix of local tournaments with 5 of our tournaments either in Idaho or its surrounding states and tournaments that will put us up against some competition outside the Big Sky."
Idaho State opens the fall slate Sept. 14-15 at the Wolverine Invitational in Ogden, Utah, hosted
at Talons Cove. The Bengals follow with consecutive road events — the Yellowstone Invitational
at Riverside Country Club in Bozeman, Mont. (Sept. 21-22) and the Sun Mountain Invitational at
The Ranch Club in Missoula, Mont. (Sept. 28-29). ISU closes the fall portion of the schedule with
the Bradley Coyote Creek Classic at Coyote Creek Golf Club in Bartonville, Ill. (Oct. 4-5) and the
Big O Invitational at Oak Hills Country Club in Omaha, Neb. (Oct. 12-13).
The Bengals return to action in the spring with the SUU Pizza Hut Lady Thunderbird Invitational
at Sunbrook Golf Course in St. George, Utah, March 4-7, before traveling to Sedona, Ariz., for
the Red Rocks Invitational at Oakcreek Country Club (March 12-14). Idaho State will make a
return trip to the Gem State for the Canyon Clash at Blue Lakes Country Club in Twin Falls,
Idaho, on March 28, followed by the Bobcat Desert Invitational at Golf Club of Estrella in
Goodyear, Ariz. (April 12-14).
The season concludes with the Big Sky Conference Championships, set for April 18-21 at a site
to be determined.
