POCATELLO, Idaho-Head Track and Field Coach
Dave Nielsen announced the signing of Jessica Stickney to a National Letter of Intent. Stickney, a native from Boise, Idaho, went to Centennial High School. She placed seventh in state in the 300 hurdles as a junior.
Nielsen and his staff have also announced the signings of Mishayla Waltari, Jonalynn Horn, Madison Ward, Jesse Allen and Nathan Heck to National Letter of Intents.
Waltari is from Cody, Wyo. She placed second and third in the 400 and 800 at state track last year. Horn is a multiple time all-state cross country runner from Oak Harbor, Wash. Ward, a native from Couer d'Alene, Idaho, is an Idaho State champion in the 100 and 200. Allen is a multiple time all-state cross country runner from Casper, Wyo. Heck, a native from Fallon, Nev., will be competing in the pole vault.
