POCATELLO, Idaho- The Big Sky Indoor Track and Field Championships kicked off today in the ICCU Dome, with all 10 conference members in attendance. Day one featured the pentathlon for the women and the first four events in the heptathlon for the men.

Jordan cleared 1.80m along with Stoelken, to keep him in the mix of the other 12 competitors. McKoy, in only his second heptathlon, is on pace to break his personal best by a long shot and is well within running for points, as he finished T-7th in the high jump with a clearance of 1.77m.
The Championships will continue tomorrow with finals in 6 field events and prelims for most track events apart from the 5000m and the distance medley relay.Â
