EDEN, Utah- The Idaho State women's golf team wrapped the three-round tournament at the Kelsey Chugg Invitational on Tuesday.
The Bengals played their best round on Tuesday, shooting a 312 after shooting 316 in round 1 and 317 in round 2. The team finished with a score of 945 and in 10
th place. Creighton won the tournament thanks to a mark of 895.
Lexi Wilson was the top finisher for the Bengals as she finished with a 76 in round 3 for a 225 for the tournament (73-76-76). The 225 was a personal best for Wilson. Wilson's first round score of 73 was the third time in her career she had shot a 73.
Tyler Erickson finished her play with a 228 (75-76-77).
Lindsey Lloyd shot a 249 (86-90-73) and
Ainsley Snyder finished with a 249 (82-81-86). Lloyd's 73 tied for her best score in a round. She also shot a 73 at the 2022 Big Sky Championships.
Lauren Parish shot a 261 for the tournament (87-84-90).
Idaho State returns to action Sept. 26-28 at the Eagle Invitational in Spokane, Wash.
