POCATELLO, Idaho – Idaho State golf wrapped up play at the 2023 Utah Tech/Café Zupas Trailblazer invitational. Play was suspended after two rounds due to inclement weather in St. George and the teams' 36-hole scores were considered final.
"The team battled not only the course but the weather with the 3rd round being cut short with rain and snow," remarked Head Coach Todd Loveland. " The team was fighting hard every round and showing some great mental toughness. We can't wait to hit the links for our second tournament!"
The Bengals finished the tournament ninth with a combined team score of 652 (321, 331).
Lindsey Lloyd finished in the top-20 of the field shooting 157 (78, 79) over the two played rounds.
