FINAL RESULTS
POCATELLO, Idaho - The Idaho State Bengals wrapped up play at the Bowling Green State University Women's Intercollegiate at the Wigwam Golf Club in Litchfield Park, Arizona. The Bengals finished 14th in the team scores with a +125 54 hole score.Â
"Individually freshman
Andrea Chin had a great tournament with 3 rounds in the 70s leading the bengals," remarked Head Coach Todd Loveland after the tournament. "From a team standpoint we struggled to put 4 solid rounds together. We are excited that we were able to get some experience on the grass and are looking forward to putting a lot of hard work to prepare for the SUU Invitational."
Andrea Chin led the Bengals with a 35th place finish shooting +20 54 with scores of 79,77 and 77 in the final round.Â
Hailee Cole finished next up with a score of +34. Cole had a low round of 78 in round 2 of the tournament.
Avery Bayer came up next at +38.
Margaret Smock and
Lauren Parish rounded out the Bengals in the tournament.Â
The Bengals now return to Pocatello to keep training before heading to St. George, March 7-9 for the Pizza Hut Invitational hosted by Southern Utah University.Â
