Laney College (2024): Earned JUCO All-American recognition following the 2024 season...Established himself as one of the top kickers at the junior college level.

Laney College (2023): Turned in a perfect season as a kicker...Converted 100 percent of his field goal and PAT attempts...Finished the year as the most accurate kicker in program history.

Personal: Hewitt, who goes by Bill or Billy, is majoring in Political Science at Idaho State and attended Norton Canes High School in England. He earned his associate degree with highest honors, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Hewitt said he chose Idaho State because of the welcoming coaching staff, facilities, and academic opportunities. Outside of football, he enjoys music, soccer, golf, running, and traveling, listens to punk rock, and supports the Green Bay Packers after becoming a fan during the Aaron Rodgers era. He can be found on Instagram (@9BillyHewitt) and added that he has visited 28 countries, noting that Norton Canes will always be home.
