Personal: Parks-Vinson is majoring in University Studies at Idaho State and attended Nolan Catholic High School in Fort Worth, Texas, where he was coached by David Beaudin and played wide receiver. He signed with Weber State in December 2021 and transitioned from wide receiver to cornerback prior to the 2023 season. Parks-Vinson earned Dean's List recognition and cited Coach Duff and the program's emphasis on nutrition as key factors in choosing Idaho State. Outside of football, he enjoys playing video games, listens to R&B before games, supports the Buffalo Bills, and can be found on Instagram (@treparksvinson).
