From multi-event showdowns to distance sweeps and big throws, the Bengals were impressive in their outdoor debut.

Dimick Dazzles in Heptathlon
Kylee Dimick kicked off her outdoor season on fire, leading the women's heptathlon after day one with 3,321 points. She claimed three event wins, including a stunning High Jump clearance of 1.82m (5'11.50"). This marked a new venue record at Puryear Field, a personal best, and the 2
nd best jump all-time in Idaho State history. Dimick also notched career bests in the 100m Hurdles (14.70 seconds) and Shot Put (12.04m | 39'06.00"), showing she's ready for a huge outdoor campaign.

Stoelken Leads the Decathlon Charge
On the men's side,
Tom Stoelken wasted no time asserting dominance in the Decathlon, racking up 3,318 points to sit atop the leaderboard. He clocked 11.22 seconds in the 100m, threw a winning Shot Put of 12.86m (42'02.25"), and closed the day with a first-place finish in the 400m (52.42 seconds).

Bengal Distance Squad Sweeps the Podium
The Bengals' distance crew came out swinging, claiming a podium sweep in both 5000m races:
Women's 5000m:
- Cassandra Vasquez led the charge with a commanding 1st place finish of 17:20.35 seconds.
- Olivia Kendell smashed her personal best by 49.15 seconds, running 17:36.74 for 2nd place.
- Kamber Smith rounded out the sweep with a 3rd place finish of 17:59.73 seconds.
Men's 5000m:
- Sunny Gunn took the win with a blazing 14:48.05 seconds.
- Gavin Pollock crossed 2nd in 15:21.07 seconds, locking in the Bengals top finish in the event.
